Ahlat Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan Millet Bah\u00e7esi\u2019ndeki kampa <strong>76 ilden 495 personel ve 115 ara\u00e7<\/strong> kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Program, afet ve acil durumlarda g\u00f6rev alan arama ve kurtarma personelinin bilgi, beceri ve yetkinliklerini geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefledi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarla afetlere m\u00fcdahale kapasitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ekipler aras\u0131nda i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile koordinasyonun g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ama\u00e7land\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>E\u011fitim ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 ve uygulamal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar<\/h2>\n<p>Tematik kamp s\u00fcresince y\u00fckleme, lojistik, intikal ve y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f teknikleri ile toplanma ve konu\u015flanma konular\u0131nda e\u011fitimler verildi. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 personel, teorik bilginin yan\u0131nda sahada uygulamal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim program\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca arazide y\u00f6n bulma, su \u00fcst\u00fc bot kullan\u0131m\u0131, kamp y\u00f6netimi ve da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda teorik ve pratik dersler uyguland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece farkl\u0131 arazi ve iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131nda arama kurtarma faaliyetlerine y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rl\u0131klar peki\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<h2>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f program\u0131na geni\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131m<\/h2>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f program\u0131na Bitlis Valisi Ahmet Karakaya ile Afetlere M\u00fcdahale Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Dr. Sadi Ergin kat\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00f6rende il ve il\u00e7e d\u00fczeyinde y\u00f6neticiler ile AFAD birimlerinden temsilciler de haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Programa Ahlat Kaymakam\u0131 Batuhan Bing\u00f6l, Ahlat Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yavuz G\u00fclmez, AFAD Bitlis \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kerem Oruk, AFAD Van \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Uluta\u015f, AFAD Mu\u015f \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet Da\u015fdemir ve AFAD Batman \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Karaaslan da i\u015ftirak etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kamp\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca Kavakba\u015f\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Veysi O\u011fuz ile farkl\u0131 illerden gelen AFAD personeli yer ald\u0131.
